Looking for a new challenge?

Are you an existing Trainer Assessor or Coach delivering level 5 apprenticeships or do you have experience working at a supervisory/managerial level? Do you have a passion for helping people? Want to make a difference to someones life? Then this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

What will the role involve?

Working “in the field” with a caseload of learners youll manage your own diary as determined by the needs of your learners. Youll train and support learners to successfully complete their Management and Leadership apprenticeships, through face to face discussions, remote assessments, and use of internet learning solutions.

Our Coaches deliver apprenticeship programmes to wide range of businesses. You will help inspire learners to realise their potential as you support and guide them through their training preparing them for assessments and exams. You will be required to visit Employers where your learners are based and deliver a professional, high quality service, underpinned by the need to meet quality procedures set by the awarding body. Due to this it is essential have access to your own vehicle.

What skills are we looking for?

A passion for what you do
Relevant and recent Management and Leadership delivery experience
Sector relevant qualifications
Experience of delivering advice and information in a training environment
Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and encourage people
A methodical approach to work, accurate report writing and record keeping skills
Lots of energy, enthusiasm, and the willingness to travel as required
Driving licence and access to your own vehicle
