Job Description

Pro Education have been asked to find outstanding SEN / SEMH Teaching Assistants to work within a specialist SEN / SEMH unit in Dorset. Candidates MUST be suitably experienced and hold appropriate qualification. The roles are initially on a supply basis however there is the possibility for a contracted role for the right candidate.

To be a successful candidate for this post you will need to;

- Be suitably qualified, teaching/tutoring qualifications would be an advantage.
- Have the ability and experience to provide effective support across a range of subjects within the latest curriculum in an outstanding and innovative way
- Have strong learning management skills.
- Be committed to education as a whole process involving every learner, and celebrate success in all its forms
